This ravishing perched and fortified village of the Var hinterland, has the gorgeous scent of Provence.

However, since the end of the 20th century, this small peaceful village has become a Mecca for contemporary art with, amongst others, the inauguration of the Maeght Foundation which accommodates magnificent collections by artists as prestigious as Miro, Chagall and others of a similar calibre.
